Criteria Assessment Invitation: Link, Deadline, Event ID, and Checklist

A Criteria assessment invitation can be sent directly by Criteria or provided through an employer’s recruitment process.

Before opening the scored event, confirm:

  • the employer and role;
  • the assessment name;
  • the deadline and time zone;
  • the complete Testing Center URL;
  • the Event ID where provided;
  • device and browser requirements;
  • whether several assessments are assigned;
  • any accommodation or proctoring instructions.

Do not send the invitation link, Event ID, login credentials, or private employer message to CCATPracticeTest.com.

Current Invitation Guidance

Criteria’s current candidate FAQ still identifies invitations from Do-Not-Reply@criteriacorp.com and says the Event ID can appear beneath the Testing Center URL. Employers can also distribute their own recruitment links, so sender alone is not enough to verify an invitation. Check the employer, complete URL, deadline, Event ID, assigned assessments and any device or monitoring instructions.

An expired deadline must be handled by the employer: Criteria support states that it cannot grant an extension on an employer’s behalf. Do not create a replacement account or search for a public event.

What a Criteria Invitation Can Contain

The invitation may include:

  • employer or assessment administrator information;
  • a Testing Center URL;
  • an Event ID;
  • expiration date;
  • instructions for completing the event;
  • a list or sequence of assessments;
  • technical guidance;
  • contact information.

The exact content varies.

Do not assume that every Criteria invitation assigns the CCAT.

Confirm the Assessment Name

Criteria offers several assessments.

Look for:

  • Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test;
  • CCAT;
  • 50 questions;
  • 15 minutes;
  • verbal, Math and Logic, and spatial content;
  • no calculator.

A different test can use another format.

Use the complete Criteria CCAT guide and Criteria UCAT guide.

Invitation From Criteria

Criteria’s candidate FAQ currently refers to invitations sent from:

Do-Not-Reply@criteriacorp.com

In that type of invitation, the Event ID is located beneath the Testing Center URL at the bottom of the email.

Check the sender carefully.

Do not assume that every legitimate employer invitation must use that exact sender, because employers can provide their own links or recruitment communications.

When the employer provides the link directly:

  1. return to the original message;
  2. copy the complete URL;
  3. paste it into the browser address field;
  4. confirm that the link was not split across lines;
  5. confirm that no punctuation was added or removed.

Criteria states that missing or extra characters can produce an invalid-link error.

Do not search for a public replacement event.

Check the Deadline and Time Zone

Confirm:

  • calendar date;
  • exact time;
  • displayed time zone;
  • whether the event expires before or after local midnight;
  • whether all assigned assessments share the same deadline.

Do not assume the deadline uses your local time.

Open the invitation early enough to resolve problems without beginning the scored assessment prematurely.

Contact the employer or recruiter.

Criteria’s candidate FAQ states that Criteria support cannot grant an extension on behalf of the employer.

Use neutral wording:

Could you please confirm whether my assessment event can be reopened or extended?

Do not create another account or use another candidate’s event.

What Is the Event ID?

The Event ID is a private identifier for the assessment event.

Criteria currently describes grouped formats such as:

XXX-###-XXXX

or:

XXX-****-****-*****

The exact characters belong to the candidate’s event.

Do not publish a real Event ID.

Use the Criteria Event ID guide for complete instructions.

Where to Find the Event ID

Criteria states that it may appear:

  • beneath the Testing Center URL in a Criteria invitation;
  • when the candidate starts the application after confirming name and email;
  • in an email sent to the candidate from the event screen.

Record it privately before beginning.

Check the Device and Browser

Criteria’s candidate FAQ states that candidates need:

  • a stable internet connection;
  • an internet browser with cookies and JavaScript enabled.

Criteria currently recommends major browsers including:

  • Google Chrome;
  • Mozilla Firefox;
  • Microsoft Edge;
  • Apple Safari.

This is recommendation language, not a claim that one browser is universally mandatory.

Follow the invitation and live technical instructions.

Tablet and Mobile Use

Criteria states that candidates can generally use tablet or mobile browsers and will be notified when an assessment is incompatible.

The invitation and event warning control device compatibility.

Do not assume every event is suitable for a small screen merely because mobile access is generally supported.

Multiple Assessments in One Event

An invitation can contain more than one assessment.

The CCAT may appear alongside:

  • personality assessments;
  • skills tests;
  • another aptitude assessment;
  • a video interview;
  • employer-specific screening steps.

Do not apply CCAT timing or calculator rules to every other assessment without reading its instructions.

Accommodations and Adjustments

Contact the employer or recruiter before beginning when an adjustment is required.

Do not assume:

  • extra time is automatic;
  • the timer can be changed after starting;
  • an independent website can approve the request.

Wait for official confirmation where possible.

Do not send medical information to CCATPracticeTest.com.

Security Checks Before Opening the Event

Confirm that:

  • the employer communication is expected;
  • the link domain and instructions appear consistent;
  • the sender is not asking for unusual payment or unrelated credentials;
  • the event information matches the role;
  • the invitation is not being shared publicly.

When uncertain, contact the employer using a known official channel.

Do not provide banking information to access a normal candidate assessment event.
