Criteria Assessment Login: Access or Resume Your Test

A job candidate normally enters a Criteria assessment through the employer’s invitation or the regional Criteria Assessment Center.

You may need:

  • the complete assessment link;
  • the email address used for the application;
  • your Event ID;
  • a compatible browser with cookies and JavaScript enabled;
  • a stable internet connection.

Do not use an employer administrator login page, create a second candidate account, or enter another candidate’s Event ID.

Current Official Access Route

Candidates normally start from the employer invitation. To return after leaving or to reload an event, Criteria directs candidates to the regional Assessment Center and asks them to enter their own Event ID. Candidates in North America, South America, Europe and Africa use one regional center; candidates in Australia, Asia, Oceania and the Middle East use the APAC center. Follow the link supplied by Criteria rather than guessing a regional URL.

This page covers candidate access. The employer account login is for administrators and is not a route to an assigned test. For invitation checks, use Criteria assessment invitation; for the identifier itself, use Criteria Event ID.

First-Time Access

Start with the original invitation from the employer or Criteria.

Before selecting the final start control, verify:

  • employer and role;
  • assessment name;
  • deadline and time zone;
  • full Testing Center URL;
  • Event ID where supplied;
  • assigned test sequence;
  • device or proctoring instructions.

A Criteria or HireSelect invitation can contain several assessments. Do not assume that every event is the CCAT.

Use the Criteria assessment invitation guide to inspect the message safely.

Returning to the Assessment Center

Criteria’s candidate FAQ provides regional Assessment Center links for candidates who exited and need to return or reload an event.

At the Assessment Center, enter the Event ID associated with your own event.

Do not search for a public replacement event. A practice test or another candidate’s event cannot replace the employer-assigned assessment.

Where to Find the Event ID

Criteria states that an Event ID may appear:

  • beneath the Testing Center URL in a Criteria invitation;
  • after opening the assessment center and confirming identifying information;
  • in a message sent to the candidate after the event was opened.

Keep it private.

Use the Criteria Event ID guide for complete instructions.

Candidate Login vs. Employer Login

The candidate assessment center and employer Criteria account serve different users.

Candidate Access

Used to complete an assigned event.

Typical access information includes:

  • invitation URL;
  • Event ID;
  • candidate email or identifying details.

Employer Account

Used by recruiters or administrators to create events and review results.

A candidate should not create an employer account to find an assigned assessment.

If a page asks for an employer subscription login, return to the original candidate invitation.

Why the Page Says JavaScript Is Disabled

Criteria’s assessment application requires JavaScript.

If the page displays a JavaScript-disabled notice:

  1. confirm that you opened the official assessment site;
  2. review browser settings;
  3. allow JavaScript where permitted;
  4. reload the official page;
  5. contact your device administrator if settings are managed;
  6. use official support when the problem continues.

Do not disable security software or use an untrusted extension to bypass the requirement.

Cookies and Session Access

Criteria’s candidate FAQ advises candidates to ensure cookies and JavaScript are enabled when returning to an assessment.

Privacy or security settings can block the session.

Use the least invasive correction:

  • allow required cookies for the official Criteria domain;
  • avoid private browsing when it prevents session storage;
  • close duplicate event tabs;
  • reload through the official invitation or Assessment Center.

Do not broadly weaken browser protections beyond what the official assessment requires.

A link can fail because it was wrapped across lines, truncated, or copied with extra punctuation.

Try:

  1. return to the original invitation;
  2. select the complete link;
  3. copy it without surrounding punctuation;
  4. paste it directly into the address bar;
  5. confirm the deadline has not expired.

Do not manually alter event parameters.

Expired Invitation

Criteria support cannot extend an employer-controlled deadline on the employer’s behalf.

Contact the recruiter or employer.

Use neutral wording:

My Criteria assessment link appears to have expired. Could you please confirm whether the event can be reopened or extended?

Do not create another account or ask another candidate to share access.

Assessment Center Loads but the Event Is Missing

Check:

  • that the Event ID is correct;
  • that you used the email associated with the application where requested;
  • that no character was omitted;
  • that you used the correct regional Assessment Center;
  • whether the event has already been completed or expired.

Preserve the exact error message and contact official support.

Do not repeatedly submit guessed Event IDs.

Multiple Invitations

An employer may assign several assessments or send a replacement invitation.

Compare:

  • employer name;
  • role;
  • deadline;
  • Event ID;
  • assessment sequence;
  • date of the message.

Do not assume the newest message invalidates the earlier event unless the employer says so.

When uncertain, ask which invitation should be used.

Mobile, Tablet, or Computer Access

Criteria supports assessments across several device types, but a specific event can warn that tablet or mobile use is incompatible.

Follow the live compatibility message.

A larger screen may make tables and visual questions easier to inspect, but it is not a universal requirement.

Use the CCAT mobile-device guide and CCAT browser-requirements guide after those routes exist.

Before Pressing Start

Confirm:

[ ] The event belongs to me.
[ ] The employer and role are correct.
[ ] The deadline is still active.
[ ] The Event ID is recorded privately.
[ ] The device and browser meet the displayed requirements.
[ ] The connection is stable.
[ ] Notifications and unnecessary programs are closed.
[ ] Any approved adjustment is active.
[ ] I have read the official instructions.

Do not begin merely to test whether the link works when you are not ready for the scored event.

If the Assessment Freezes After Login

Avoid opening many duplicate sessions.

Record:

  • local date and time;
  • Event ID;
  • browser and device;
  • exact error message;
  • whether the timer had started;
  • whether the event resumed.

Follow official recovery instructions and contact support or the employer.

Use the CCAT technical-problems guide after that route exists.

After Completion

Preserve any completion confirmation.

Criteria sends results to the company administering the assessment. Candidate access to a raw score, percentile, or full report depends on employer policy and configuration.

Do not repeatedly reopen a completed event unless instructed.

Security Rules

Never share:

  • Event ID;
  • full invitation link;
  • password or candidate credentials;
  • screenshots containing secure questions;
  • employer communications;
  • another candidate’s access information.

CCATPracticeTest.com does not provide a candidate login and cannot open, restore, or modify a Criteria event.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I log in to a Criteria assessment?

Use the employer’s complete invitation link. When returning to an event, use the regional Criteria Assessment Center and your Event ID.

Do candidates use the employer Criteria login?

No. Employer accounts are for recruiters and administrators. Candidates should use the invitation or Assessment Center.

Why does Criteria say JavaScript is disabled?

The assessment application requires JavaScript. Enable it for the official site where permitted and contact support if the message continues.

Can I access my test without an Event ID?

First-time access may occur through the invitation link. Returning candidates commonly need the Event ID. Official support can advise when it is missing.

Contact the employer or recruiter. Criteria support cannot grant an employer’s deadline extension.

Can I create another account?

Do not create a duplicate account unless authorized by the employer or official support.

Can I use another candidate’s Event ID?

No. Event access is specific to the assigned candidate.

Will I see my score after login?

Not necessarily. Score disclosure depends on the employer and assessment configuration.

Official and Independent Sources

Maintain current facts using:

Official sources control event access, test format, device compatibility, languages, results, and support. Independent preparation providers supply practice rather than live-event administration.
